Cell Locking and Cell Color Switching
This manual is in pilot operation.
|
When the Processing Type of a Data Region on a sheet is set to “Retrieve and Reflect,” you can lock cells on the sheet by determining whether the corresponding Ledger Cells mapped to those cells are writable. At the same time, cell colors are also switched.
To enable cell locking and cell color switching, set the Data Region setting item Automatically Switch Cell Lock Attributes to On. By doing so, the cell lock attributes and cell colors are switched during data retrieval and reflection. The detailed conditions are as follows.
When used in template processing, you must specify Format (Apply the “Automatically Switch Cell Lock Attributes” setting of linked regions). (fusion_place >= 14.1)
Target Cells
-
Must be target cells for data reflection processing (see Conditions for Target Cells)
-
The color must be either no color or the Lock Color (described below). No color indicates that the cell is not locked, while the Lock Color indicates that the cell is locked.
⚠ For cells other than the target cells, neither the lock attributes nor the colors are switched. Therefore, if you want a cell to be a target for data reflection processing but do not want its lock attributes to be switched, color it with a color other than the Lock Color and set the lock attributes appropriately.
Switching Behavior
For the Ledger Cell mapped to a sheet cell…
-
Not writable
The sheet cell is locked and the color is set to the Lock Color.
-
Writable
The sheet cell is unlocked and the color is set to no color.
About Lock Color
The Lock Color can be set for each linked region. Specifically, by selecting one “Lock Color Specified Cell” for each linked region, the color of that cell is used as the Lock Color. If no Lock Color Specified Cell is selected, or if the selected cell has no color, a light blue color [1] is used as the Lock Color.
