Participant Authorities

Participant Authorities are management objects that link participants and user accounts. They indicate which users belong to each participant. The relationship between participants and user accounts is many-to-many; that is, multiple user accounts can belong to a single participant, and a single user account can belong to multiple participants.
In-Charge
When registering participant authorities, one user can be designated as the "In-Charge" for each participant. The user account designated as In-Charge is displayed in the In-Charge column on the [Contributor] acceptance status screen.
Notification Requirements
Specifies whether a user account should be the recipient of event notification emails in the business process (workflow) feature’s "email-based event notifications," when a participant is set as the notification target.
