(fusion_place >= 12.0)

This manual is in pilot operation.

  • MFA Device: Mobile authentication apps Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

  • (fusion_place >= 14.0) Each user can enable/disable multi-factor authentication from the Web menu’s MFA Settings Screen.

  • (fusion_place < 14.0) Each user can enable/disable multi-factor authentication from [Manager] / [Browser] / [Contributor].

  • Administrators with user management authority can check

    • The status of MFA enablement/disablement for each user from the User Account Management Screen in [Manager].

    • Disable MFA for any user (e.g., when the user has lost their MFA device).

  • When using LDAP authentication, MFA cannot be used.
