Publish/Manage Notices

The notice feature is not available for Workgroup-type applications.

To publish, modify, or delete notifications, first select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

  1. In the Navigator pane (on the left side of the screen), click the "Execution" tab.

    The Execution tree will appear.

  2. In the Execution tree, click "Publish Notices."

    The "Publish Notices" panel will appear in the Editor pane (on the right side of the screen). Here, a list of notices sorted by the most recent update date is displayed. You can perform one of the following actions:

Publish a Notice

Click the New…​ button on the right side of the screen. The "Notice" dialog box will appear. Enter/select the required fields and click the Save button.

Modify the Content of a Published Notice

Double-click the row of the notice you want to modify in the list. The "Notice" dialog box will appear. Make the necessary changes and click the Save button.

Delete a Published Notice

Click the row of the notice you want to delete in the list to select (highlight) it. Then, click the Delete button on the right side of the screen. After a confirmation screen appears, the notice will be deleted.
