Deleting Ledgers

To delete a ledger, first log in as [Manager] as a Designer. Then, follow these steps to delete the dimension.

  1. Select the ledger you want to delete and display the ledger panel (for details, please refer to "Viewing Ledger Settings").

  2. Click the Delete button at the bottom left of the panel.

    A confirmation message will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete the ledger (or a message explaining why the ledger cannot be deleted will appear).

  3. If you wish to proceed, click OK, or click Cancel if you wish to stop the deletion.

    If OK is selected, the ledger will be deleted, and the editing pane will become blank (indicating that no ledger is selected).

⚠ Deleting the ledger will not free the space it occupied in the database. While leaving it as is will cause no harm, running the File  Sweep Garbage command from the menu will free the space and make it available for other data.
