Event Notification by Email

This manual is in pilot operation.

It is possible to notify stakeholders by email when events such as package submission or approval occur.

Overview of Notifications

The types of notifications and their overview are as follows:

Server Settings for Notifications

To use the event notification function, it is necessary to configure the server with the required items for connecting to the mail system. For details on the necessary settings, please refer to "Server Settings for Using the Email Notification Function" in the "System Operation Management Guide."

Notification Recipients

Event notification emails are sent to user accounts that meet the following conditions:

  1. An "email address" is set in the user account.

  2. The user is registered as the person in charge of the "participant" specified in the table above under "Participant Authorities."

  3. The "Notification Required" category is turned ON (checked) in the above "Participant Authorities."

Language of Event Notifications

The language of event notifications can be selected as either Japanese or English for each user account. The language is specified in the "Language" setting of the user account. If the language is not specified for a user account, the default language of the server OS will be applied.
