Execute Actions on Processes

Workflow-type applications are required to use the process management feature. This feature is not available for other application types. |
You can perform various actions on generated processes. To execute an action, first select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

In the Navigator pane (on the left side of the screen), click the "Execution" tab.
The Execution tree will appear. -
In the Execution tree, click "Manage Processes."
The "Manage Processes" panel will appear in the Editor pane (on the right side of the screen). -
In the "Manage Processes" panel, select the process type for which you want to execute an action from the list of process types.
The list of generated processes for that type will appear in the center of the screen. -
In the process list, click a row (representing a process) to select it.
Action buttons on the right side of the screen will become available depending on the process status. The available actions (buttons) are as follows:

Open Process

Close
-
Reopen

Refresh Process Def. - Refreshing process definitions may delete submitted packages. Refer to the explanation of "Refreshing Process Definitions" in "How fusion_place Works."

Intake Shared Workspace Data

Publish to Shared Workspace

Purge Process
Refer to "Actions on Processes" for details about each action.

Click the Action button to execute the action.
For irreversible actions, a confirmation screen will appear before the action is executed.
You must click the Yes button on that screen to proceed with the action.
⚠ If the [Manager] is closed during the process, you can check the status on the Server-side Asynchronous Task Status screen.
