Importing Participant Authorities from Clipboard

This manual is in pilot operation.
Workgroup Type applications do not support Participant Authorities (all users are assumed to belong to a Participant labeled #NONE).

To import Participant Authority data from the clipboard, first, select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Display the Participant Authorities Panel (refer to "Viewing Participant Authorities" for details).

  2. Select the range in the Excel sheet containing the data to be imported, and press Ctrl+C. You can also use Edit(E)  Copy(C) from the Excel menu.

  3. Click the From Clipboard button on the right side of the screen.

    A "Processing Status" dialog box will appear, and the import process will complete shortly.

  4. After the import is completed, click the Save button to save the settings.
