Importing Data
This manual is in pilot operation.

Data can be imported into sheets. Importing is possible in both [Browser] and [Contributor]. To enable importing, the form must be designed with import settings configured. Check with the Designer to see if importing is possible for individual forms.

For parts dependent on form design mentioned in the above document, please check with the Designer or Administrator.
Import Procedure
Please set the encoding before importing. |

Launch [Browser] (or [Contributor]) and log into the application.

Navigate to the data entry screen via sheets (the method varies between [Browser] and [Contributor]).

Select
from the menu.
An import file selection dialog box will appear. -
Select the import file and click the Import button.
The import process will execute, and the number of processed items will be displayed.-
Total Count ・・・ Number of items excluding blank rows (the count here refers to the number of import target values, i.e., the number of data rows × number of value fields. Each of the following 'counts' are part of this total)

Skipped Count ・・・ Number of rows skipped because the conversion table’s destination code column was specified as
#IGNORE

Warned Count ・・・ Number of rows skipped for reasons such as the target cell not being within the readable area

Error Count ・・・ Number of rows skipped due to reasons such as no registration in the conversion table or incorrect member labels
If there are any warnings or errors, a message screen will pop up indicating this.
Additionally, details of the process are output to a log file, and the name of that log file will be displayed in the message field.
