This is the name that can be used to distinguish between this system and other fusion_place systems that you use.

This name will be listed in documents such as quotations and order acknowledgments issued by the distributor (Fusions Inc.), along with the system key, so please assign a clear and recognizable name.

System Key

A random string used to reasonably distinguish this system (fusion_place database) from other systems (fusion_place databases). It is automatically set during system initialization.

There is a button to reinitialize to the right of the system key field.

Initialized At

(Display)

The date and time the system was initialized, based on the time zone settings on the computer used for the initialization.

Contract ID

(Display)

A unique number assigned to the purchased license.

User Count

(Display)

The number of users permitted to use fusion_place under this license. In other words, during the license period, fusion_place usage is permitted as long as the number of user accounts (excluding inactive accounts) is equal to or less than the number indicated in this item.

If multiple licenses are purchased, the "User Count" of all these licenses is totaled for each month within the effective period, and fusion_place usage is permitted as long as the number of user accounts (excluding inactive accounts) is equal to or less than the total.

Starting

The starting month of the license validity period. The validity period includes the starting month.

Months

(Display)

The number of months included in the license validity period.

Ending

(Display)

The ending month of the license validity period. The validity period includes the ending month.

Product

(Display)

The product of 〔User Count〕×〔Months〕. The license fee is determined based on this product.

Status

The status of the license. In the purchased license list, it always displays as "Granted."
