Viewing Dimensions
This manual is in pilot operation.

To view Dimensions, first log in to [Manager] and select the target application. Then follow these steps:

Click the "Maintenance" tab in the navigator pane (on the left side of the screen).
The Maintenance Tree will be displayed. -
Open the
folder in the Maintenance Tree.
A list of dimensions will be displayed within the folder. -
Select the dimension you want to view from the list and click on it.
The "Dimension (Maintenance)" Panel will appear in the editing pane (on the right side of the screen). The contents of the selected dimension will be displayed here.
⚠ From the Maintenance menu, you can view dimensions other than Fiscal Year, Relative Period, Scenario, and Views. These four dimensions are not displayed because they do not require maintenance by an administrator.
Expanding/Collapsing Member Trees
To expand a member tree, you can double-click individual collapsed members, or use one of the following methods to expand all descendant members of the selected member at once:

Right-click on the member, then select Expand All(X) from the menu.

Select the member, then choose
from the menu.
Similarly, to collapse all descendant members of the selected member at once, use one of the following methods:

Right-click on the member, then select Collapse All(L) from the menu.

Select the member, then choose
from the menu.
Searching Members
To search for members, open the "Search Member" dialog box using one of the following methods:

Right-click in the member tree display area, then select Search(S)… from the menu.

Choose
from the menu.
In the search dialog box, enter a search string and press ENTER, or click the magnifying glass button to the right of the search field to display the results below. Both labels and names are searchable. Selecting a member from the search results will select the same member in the member tree, where its content can be edited (you can edit without closing the search dialog box).
The search feature will also search for members not included in the member tree.
