Generate a New Process

Workflow-type applications are required to use the process management feature. This feature is not available for other application types.

You can generate a new process by specifying the Process Type, fiscal year, and period. To generate a new process, first select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

  1. In the Navigator pane (on the left side of the screen), click the "Execution" tab.

    The Execution tree will appear.

  2. In the Execution tree, click "Manage Processes."

    The "Manage Processes" panel will appear in the Editor pane (on the right side of the screen).

  3. In the "Manage Processes" panel, select the process type for the new process you want to generate from the list of process types.

    The current settings will be displayed in the "Finalizer (Default)" field. If no settings are displayed, first configure the default Finalizer Participant.

  4. Click the Generate New (N)…​ button on the right side of the screen.

    The "Generate New Process" screen will appear.

  5. In the "Generate New Process" screen, specify the fiscal year and period for the process to generate, and click the Execute button.

    The new process will be generated and displayed in the process list in the center of the screen.

⚠ If the [Manager] is closed during the process, you can check the status on the Server-side Asynchronous Task Status screen.
