Viewing Participant Authorities

This manual is in pilot operation.
Workgroup Type applications do not support Participant Authorities (all users are assumed to belong to a Participant labeled #NONE).

To view Participant Authorities, first, select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Maintenance" tab in the Navigator pane (on the left side of the screen).

    The Maintenance tree will appear.

  2. Click "Maintenance > Participant Authorities" in the Maintenance tree.

    The Participant Authorities Panel will appear in the editing pane (on the right side of the screen).
    This panel displays a list of Participant Authorities (i.e., the combination of Participants and the users authorized to execute tasks under those Participants).

    ⚠ You can filter or sort the displayed data.
    To filter, check the "Enable Filter" checkbox at the top-right of the panel, and specify the data you want to display.
    To sort, click the column headers in the list (ascending and descending order toggles).
