Clear Data

This function clears data from linked regions containing target cells for data retrieval on an Excel sheet. If a cell locking and cell coloring is enabled for a linked region set for both retrieval and reflection, the lock and cell coloring will be removed for the target cells. The clear process only clears values from Excel sheet cells and does not affect ledger data.

In Excel, select and display the sheet where you want to clear data.

On the fusions ribbon in Excel, click the Clear button.
(For the first connection or when a certain amount of time has passed since login, user authentication will be required. Refer to Connecting to the Server for authentication procedures.)
Data will be cleared [1].
1. For template processing target sheets, when the data in each linked region is cleared as described above, data in the Result Display Area will also be cleared. Additionally, if format or input rules are specified as additional copy targets for the result display area, those will also be cleared according to the settings. However, formulas will always be erased.
