This is a list of registered notices. You can register new notices or delete notices using the buttons on the right. Additionally, you can edit the content of a notice by double-clicking a row in the list.

Item Required Description

Date

The date of the notice. This is not the actual registration date but the date entered on the notice screen.

Title

The title of the notice.

Content

The content of the notice.

Sender

The sender’s name. This is not the name of the user account that registered the notice but the name entered in the sender field on the notice screen.

(2) Notice Screen

These are the registration items for individual notices.

Item Required Description

Date

The date of the notice. Enter in yyyy/mm/dd format.
Use it as a publication date for the notice.

Title

The title of the notice.

Content

The content of the notice.

Sender

The sender of the notice.

To Everyone

If checked, the notice will be sent to everyone ([Browser] and [Contributor] displays upon login). If unchecked, specify the recipient participants in the "Participant" field below.

Recipients(Participants)

The participants to whom the notice will be sent. Notices are addressed to users responsible for the checked participants.

You can import/export participants (recipients) via Excel using the clipboard.
