Maintaining Fiscal Year Table
This manual is in pilot operation.

To maintain the Fiscal Year Table, first select the target application. Then follow these steps:
-
Display the Fiscal Year Table panel (for details, refer to Viewing Fiscal Year Table).
-
To add or delete a fiscal year, click the Add Row or Delete Row button to the right of the fiscal year list.[1][2].
-
To change the name of a fiscal year, double-click the "Name" field of the target fiscal year in the fiscal year list and enter the desired name.
→ When you double-click the Name field, a blue button will appear on the right end. Clicking this button will display a dialog box where names can be entered in multiple languages. -
To save the modified Fiscal Year Table, click the Save button.[3].
1. Deleting a fiscal year will cause ledger data for that fiscal year to be lost (a warning message will be displayed before saving, allowing you to cancel the process and preserve the data). Note that the database space occupied by ledger data will not be released. While leaving it as-is causes no harm, you can release the space for reuse by executing .
2. On the Fiscal Year Table, not only can fiscal years be added or deleted, but the order of fiscal years can also be modified. The order represents the sequence of fiscal years. In other words, the Previous Period Balance of each fiscal year is inherited from the Ending Balance of the preceding fiscal year.
3. Saving will reflect the contents of the Fiscal Year Table in the fiscal year dimension. Note that members corresponding to the first fiscal year are not generated (refer to Description of the Fiscal Year Table for details). However, the data for the first fiscal year is still retained within the application. If you add a fiscal year before the first fiscal year and save the Fiscal Year Table, that data will become accessible again.
