Setting Filter Conditions for the Application List

This operation can only be performed by users with "User Management Authority."

You can set filter conditions for the application list for [Manager], [Browser], and [Contributor].

To set display conditions for the application list, first, log in to the [Manager] (no need to select an application). Then, follow these steps:

  1. From the menu, select File  System Settings…​.

    The "System Settings" dialog box will appear.

  2. Select the "Application Filter Conditions" tab and specify Yes/No for the following two items:

    • In the application list for [Manager], display only the applications for which the user has been granted design and management authority for full-featured users limited to specific applications.

    • In the application list for [Browser] and [Contributor], display only the applications for which the user has been granted participant authorities for general users and inquiry-only users.

  3. Click the Close button, and you will be asked if you want to save the changes. Select Yes, No, or Cancel.

After saving the changes on the "System Settings" screen, the application list will be displayed according to the set conditions.
