Set the Scenario Table

Designer
This manual is in pilot operation.

To set the Scenario Table, log in to [Manager] as a designer and select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Display the Scenario Table panel (please refer to "View the Scenario Table Settings" for steps).

  2. If you want to add or delete a scenario, click the Add Row or Delete Row button on the right side of the scenario list in the panel.[1][2]

  3. If you want to change the name of a scenario, double-click the "Name" of the target scenario in the scenario list and enter the name.
→ When you double-click the name field, a blue button will appear on the right end. Clicking this button will display a dialog box where you can enter the name in multiple languages.

  4. If you want to set the attributes (Guaranteed View and Previous Year Scenario) of a scenario, select the target scenario in the scenario list and change the attribute values displayed at the bottom of the panel.

  5. To save the configured Scenario Table, click the Save button.

1. If you delete a scenario, the ledger data related to that scenario will be lost (a warning message will appear before saving, so you can cancel the process at that time to avoid data loss). Note that the area occupied by the ledger data in the database will not be released. While leaving it as is does not cause harm, you can execute File  Sweep Garbage from the menu to release the consumed area, making it reusable for other data.
2. Not only can you add and delete scenarios on the Scenario Table, but you can also change the order of the scenarios. The order of the scenarios in the Scenario Dimension will match the order in the Scenario Table, allowing you to adjust the display order of scenarios on reports based on the member list.
