Changing Your Multi-factor Authentication Setting (fusion_place >= 14.0)

Multi-factor authentication does not apply when logging in with Single Sign-On. When logging in with SAML authentication, please use the MFA feature provided by your IdP. |
Opening the Screen

Click Settings in the main menu.

Click Multi-factor Authentication in the settings menu.
Enabling
To enable MFA, you need an MFA device. Please install the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator authentication app on each user’s smartphone.

Click the "Enable multi-factor authentication" button on the Multi-factor Authentication settings screen.
A QR code and setup key link will be displayed. -
Register the secret key on your MFA device using the above QR code or setup key.

Click OK.
A dialog prompting you to enter an authentication code will appear. -
Enter the authentication code displayed on your MFA device and click the "Save" button.

The settings screen will display "Multi-factor authentication is enabled."
