Description of Process Definition Panel Items

This manual is in pilot operation.
Process Definitions are available only for applications of the Workflow Type.

Process Definitions are editable only when logged in as a designer.

(1) Basic Information Tab

Item Required Description

Label

(Display)

A label used to identify the Process Definition within the application.

Name

The name of the Process Definition, supporting multiple languages.

Execution Cycle

The execution cycle of processes based on this Process Definition.

(2) Package Tab

1) Submission Package Definition List

A list of Submission Package Definitions used in the process. You can add or remove Submission Package Definitions using the buttons on the right. For details about the items in the list, see Description of Submission Package Definitions in "fusion_place Mechanisms."

Form List

Select and specify the Main Form List for the Submission Package Definition from the list.

Label

A label to identify the Submission Package Definition. It must be unique within the Process Definition.

Name

The name of the Submission Package Definition, supporting multiple languages.

Excel File

(Display)

The name of the Excel file used for data entry/display in the Submission Package. To use Excel for data entry in the package, attach an Excel file to the Submission Package Definition using the following steps:

Select a row (i.e., a Submission Package Definition) in the package list and click the Attach Excel File button.

A dialog box titled "Attach Excel File" will open, prompting you to select a file.
Select the desired Excel file and click the Attach Excel File button.
The Excel file will be attached, and its name will appear in this column in the list.

To detach an Excel file, select a row (i.e., a Submission Package Definition) in the package list and click the Detach Excel File button.

Submission Route

Select and specify the Submission Route to apply to the Submission Package Definition from the list.

Hide Forms

If you do not want to use forms for data entry in the package, check this box. Note that for rows (i.e., Submission Package Definitions) where this box is checked, Excel must be used for data entry, so attach an Excel file.

⚠ Label and Name are optional. If not specified, the label and name of the Form List will be used as the package’s label and name. For situations requiring the configuration of labels and names, refer to Explanation of Submission Package Definitions in "fusion_place Mechanisms."

2) Package Detail Specification Section (Bottom of Screen)

Specify details for the selected row (i.e., Submission Package Definition) in the Submission Package List.

Use Main Form List

Check this box if you want to apply the Main Form List to define submission data regions.

Form List for Defining Submission Data Regions

If you want to apply a Form List other than the Main Form List to define submission data regions, select and specify that Form List. You can also combine the Main Form List with the Form List for Defining Submission Data Regions.

2. Server-Side Calculation Method

Use Main Form List

Check this box if you want to apply the Main Form List for server-side calculations.

Form List for Server-Side Calculations

If you want to apply a Form List other than the Main Form List for server-side calculations, select and specify that Form List. You can also combine the Main Form List with the Form List for Server-Side Calculations.

Specify Additional Keys. This is optional. Additional Keys can be specified per dimension.
