Description of Process Definition Panel Items

Process Definitions are available only for applications of the Workflow Type. |
Process Definitions are editable only when logged in as a designer.
(1) Basic Information Tab

(2) Package Tab
1) Submission Package Definition List
A list of Submission Package Definitions used in the process. You can add or remove Submission Package Definitions using the buttons on the right. For details about the items in the list, see Description of Submission Package Definitions in "fusion_place Mechanisms."

The name of the Excel file used for data entry/display in the Submission Package. To use Excel for data entry in the package, attach an Excel file to the Submission Package Definition using the following steps: [Attachment Procedure] A dialog box titled "Attach Excel File" will open, prompting you to select a file. To detach an Excel file, select a row (i.e., a Submission Package Definition) in the package list and click the Detach Excel File button. |

If you do not want to use forms for data entry in the package, check this box. Note that for rows (i.e., Submission Package Definitions) where this box is checked, Excel must be used for data entry, so attach an Excel file. |
⚠ Label and Name are optional. If not specified, the label and name of the Form List will be used as the package’s label and name. For situations requiring the configuration of labels and names, refer to Explanation of Submission Package Definitions in "fusion_place Mechanisms."
2) Package Detail Specification Section (Bottom of Screen)
Specify details for the selected row (i.e., Submission Package Definition) in the Submission Package List.
