A Moratorium Key is an alphanumeric string that encodes information representing a period during which the License Checking function is suspended. By installing a Moratorium Key into the system using fusion_place functions, the License Checking function is disabled for the period specified by the Moratorium Key. Due to contractual procedures, if providing a License Grant from our company to the customer does not meet the start date of the license period for reasons attributable to our company, we may provide a Moratorium Key to the customer.

In the system (fusion_place database) created during fusion_place installation, a Moratorium Key is installed to allow trial use of fusion_place for that system until the end of the month following the installation date.
