Maintaining the Application Designer/Manager Authorization Table

To maintain the Application Designer/Manager Authorization Table, first, select the target application. Then, follow these steps:

  1. From the menu, select File  Manage Designer/Manager Authority Table of this Application…​.

    The "Application Designer/Manager Authorization Table" dialog will be displayed.
    This dialog lists the users who are granted designer/manager authority specific to the target application, along with whether each user has been granted design authority. (Refer to Item Descriptions).

  2. To grant a user designer/manager authority specific to the target application, click the Add Row button on the right side of the panel, and on the newly added row, select the "User Account." If you also want to grant design authority, check the "Design Authority" box.

  3. To revoke designer/manager authority specific to the target application from a user, click the Delete Row button on the right side of the panel.

  4. To save the changes, click the Close button. You will be prompted to save the changes; click Yes to save.
